Riley literally changed my life in one phone call. She is the founder and CEO of Sofia Health an online platform created out of her own need for healing and the difficulty she encountered finding who to seek help from. Her devotion to sharing the path to health with others deserves recognition. Riley's platform provided care for when no one else was available or seemed to care.

Inspired by her own journey to find a solution for chronic pain after an injury, Riley Rees is on a mission to make the world of holistic health and wellness accessible. Riley started SofiaHealth.com to help independent health and wellness providers get their businesses online while helping patients find and schedule services. Riley is tireless in her commitment to building Sofia Health to help people who are seeking alternative health and wellness solutions and in so doing, is helping a new generation of independent providers succeed. As well as being a military spouse, Riley is an Air Force veteran herself and lives a life of service. Riley is a driven leader and the sort sort of role model we need more of today.

I would like to nominate Riley Rees as MSOY. Riley tirelessly supports her husband in his duties as Squadron Operations Officer, and she stays engaged in social events with the Squadron despite restrictions imposed by COVID-19. In addition to being a recently retired Air Force Officer, Riley is a pilot for United Airlines and CEO of Sofia Health. Sofia Health is a virtual wellness platform designed to increase access to health and wellness. Riley’s passion is to empower individuals to take control of their health. She is an advocate for veterans mental health and women’s health. Sofia was awarded a contract to serve VA Maryland VAMHCS. Her company also works with local VA partners to connect coaches to veteran communities needing free resources. Riley’s dedication to both her husband’s role as a Navy officer as well as her own career and business illustrates her passion, integrity, and work ethic. She is an inspiration and without a doubt the epitome of MSOY.
